yup, thats what i gathered. i was thinking of seeing if i can order the socket and the plug for the sub connector, to make a plug in harness, but for 6 wires, i'll probably just solder and heatshrink...
the no coding bit is the most attractive-- i dont know if a US dealer can code the radio for this retrofit since its not sold here. plus figure they would charge for whatever labor...
