Well if you have been driving around getting on it as usual and haven't gotten a check engine light then if you have a hole, it's a small one. Drive the car normally. I wouldn't rag on it, but its not a huge deal until you can do whatevcer it is you want to do about it. No, it won't make a difference in anything related to inside the car.
