They do??? maybe that's why Tom Bush hasn't returned any of the 4 messages I left requesting a service appointment. I hate those guys...I'm on my 6th BMW in the last 4 years and I've purchased them all from somewhere other than Tom Bush...I always try them first but they don't want to sell cars very badly. Their customer service blows...I take my cars to Fields BMW in Daytona...very customer friendly and they like to sell cars. My parents switched to Lexus because of Tom Bush's poor service all around.
