The competition committee is considering implementing a rule requiring a defensive player to kiss the QB on the cheek in order to register a sack. Any physicality beyond that will result in a 15 yard penalty. Tackling the QB will result in a game ejection. Actually roughing the passer results in a 3 game suspension.
