I'm really happy I owned a VW for 6 years. It's a much more car-centric, gearhead community, and I learned to work on cars because of the culture. Obviously the BMW is a far superior car, but I had 10x as much fun with the VW scene. H2Oi is the best car show weekend, hands down.
