Ocan clearly is an idiot - he's a lap down and not in contention for anything. What did he think he would accomplish by passing the race leader? Did he think he was going to lead him the rest of the race? He would be blue flagged the next time Max came up behind him. You can say Max didn't think as clearly as Hamilton might of, but Ocan was an imbecile and had no plan at all.

*Ocon was clearly much faster than him at that point in the race and would have just been riding Max's ass for the foreseeable future. If Max had been smart Ocon would have disappeared into the distance ahead of him and not been bothering him anymore.
