Flash with ICOM (any clone should be ok) and GENUINE ICOM B. Most if not all clone ICOM B never work.

To answer your questions:

- You need income A / A2 or ICOM NEXT with genuine ICOM B.

- ICOM can be used just like DCAN cable through ediabas.
