When I took delivery of my vehicle, I was concerned that the cable would be excluded. I carried a printed copy of your post along with an image of the part in question. Without those tool I could not enjoy my 6FL option today.
The holder was also excluded from my vehicle, so I understand your concern. I fully support your research and will participate in any thread that follows.
