Depends what you want fixing under warranty.......
If its a creaky door trim, then I doubt fitting a catch-can will affect warranty, but if it's some problem with crankcase breathing than i'm sure it would affect it.
Yous takes your chances and all that.
Neil at juiced up tuning is a good start, BTW BMS have just released a new 335i catch can, looks the dogs..
