With that said, my fuel pressure looked similar to your log even though my pump was failing. It's impossible to say for certain but your symptoms and codes do indicate a possible pump problem.
What sucks is it looks like FCP is currently price gouging their rebuilt fuel pump, I paid $500 less than a year ago (which is still outrageous for a rebuilt pump). Unfortunately they are one of the few sources of genuine rebuilt fuel pumps, with a warranty, and I think they realized that.

Thanks man, really appreciate the replies! I will DIY the fuel pump but let a shop take care with the boost issue...
But do you think my cold air intake from AFE power has anything to do with my boost issue?
