It's not just with the tial. I had this weird sound with my turbosmart diverter vented to atmosphere. It has something to do with the inlets. When I switched to relocated I added the tial bov and it sounds way better and it doesn't have that weird balloon sound. I'm not sure why, but it has something to do with the inlets.
