I had to stop for fuel on my way back to Stafford and i hadnt reset the trip thing for a while as I joined it was 50 - 60 mph speed restrictions.
I stuck it on cruise and it came up as 61mpg. As you know that part of the m6 is flat, with those overhead cameras.
Then it ended and I nailed it down that long straight before going up that slip road that meets the toll. I went a bit nuts to be fair but the mpg fell back down to low 40s.
