M3 rear toe links don't fit non-M cars.
I don't know that M3 toe links are stiffer than RE or other aftermarket links anyway. A few M3 track drivers have switched out their toe links for aftermarket.
yes, you are right about the M3 toe arms. However there are 2 other sets of arms from the M3's rear that fit in our car. That combined with M3 rear subframe bushings should help a ton:
