Just a quick question.
Downloaded my copy, put it on dvd-r, when I inserted it in dvd drive in my car it told me to turn it off and restarted in 5 minutes so it can perform an update. came back to the car in about 10 min, turned on the ignition and iDrive just kept on power cycling. It would play radio for about 10-15 seconds then radio volume would start getting lower and iDrive display would disappear. After removing new nav dvd it started working just fine. Any ideas???

same here. it would stay on "BMW" for awhile, then shut off. Other times, it's not a problem. It's random on how it behaves. Overall, I'll need a more permanent solution.
