Weve got a cross trainer already, i have a bike too for going around the block, and also its pretty quiet round here so i can jog without being humiliated  so cardio stuff is pretty much sorted
so for any other weight lifters on here where is the best place for buying free weights, barbells, dumbells, benches etc? Ive already got some small free weights but it wont take long for them to be no good for certain moves! |
