fortunately I can at least partly contradict to this. I just used the generator for CIC Business/Move 2018-2 and the generated fsc worked fine. I tried because the generator offers the option to choose Move. So, many thanks from my side for your efforts, too.
Furthermore I'd like to mention that it worked with Windows 10 x64 for me. For extraction of the 1B file I used E-Sys 3.27 as commonly
available; it doesn't need a token for this. During extraction I followed the instructions given by uobdii.com:

BTW: will the generator probably work in the future, or will there be an update? Even for 2019 there is no option to select different map versions for now; and after 2021 the time options stop.
