Might be worth jacking the car up and trying to turn the rear wheels by hand just to check if you have a sticking/stuck caliper.

If not it could be the abs sensor or reluctor ring. If the abs sensor isn't working correctly or the reluctor ring is damaged then it could be triggering the traction control excessively which would also explain why you had a hot alloy/disc.
