So I finally got the injectors installed today. Did about 100km and so far so good. Cars runs fine, no strange noises etc and no more smoke puffs out of exhaust too!
Mechanic said that computer also showed that all is running like it is supposed to and there was nothing different happening in logs VS normal N53 injectors.
Will let you know how the car keeps itself up in following weeks and months.
