The lease matures 2/13/2013. BMW has a strict policy on not allowing Lease Assumption during the final stages of a lease (must be at least 6 Payments left) I have 5 Payments left, but they are making an excpetion, and only allowing someone from NY to take over this lease. Credit application must be submitted and approved by BMW Financial by 8/9/2012 (1 week from today)
