To cure that bounce/hop/pogo at the rear of the car, install a set of Dinan rear upper strut mounts. They cost $99 for the set (when I got mine).
You can install them yourself with minimal work in about 15 minutes.
On my 330i Sport suspension with Bilstein B6, I still had bounce at the rear UNTIL I installed the Dinan mounts. The mounts instantly solidified the rear vertically.
