330 has much bigger rotors and calipers than the 325 (at least the North American market 325 and 330) so no they won't fit. I had a 06 325 and a 06 330 and once tried swapping the 16" wheels from my 325 over to the 330 to rule out tires as the cause of vibration and realized that the 16" wheels won't even fit on the rear of the 330.
