10700 is misfire, multiple cylinders.

More power will definitely make a weak link in the ignition system show up a lot more. Same reason why people have trouble getting their car to misfire on stock boost to bring it in for warranty, when they easily do it tuned.

Since the misfire is at high rpms, I would check the plugs on those 2 cylinders first. Then coils. Swap them with good cylinder and see if it moves.
