I run a bodyshop as well and time to time we do get busy but if youre not getting a callback "I" would have no problem with you just stopping by to check on the progress.
Although, there is no excuse for not getting a call back within 24hrs.
(in the past 2-4wks many quality shops have become inundated with work and have to ramp back up to production speed. Over the past year they have gotten into vacation speed and its tough to hussle again.)
