The crank seal plate will prevent the belt from getting sucked up.
The only to prevent losing the belt off the pulleys is to update your engine mounts to 335is or poly 60/80a.
Having the aluminum PS Pulley means the belt probably won't shred when the pulley hits the subframe, as a result of the worn out engine mounts. The pulley will just dent & probably throw the belt off.
The belt shreds because the plastic pulley chips from hitting the subframe and creates a sharp edge; thus, shredding the belt.
