I can give a big fat, resounding NO STAY AWAY for Diaz Plus. This guy does sometimes do the wrap, sometimes just takes people's money. Buyer beware here.

There are plenty of other good options though. Speed and Tech is one - Raja has been a member of these forums for years and has served the community well. If you're looking for quality, he's a great choice.
