Also Is there a Good Test to know if I need to replace the Springs along with front struts and also what other hardware should I replace like Strut Mounts etc...

I'm just getting a really rough ride... some from the Struts and Shocks but also from the Low Profile Tires what is the Max Ride Height Ratio You Can go as far as getting more tire without scraping wheel wells ... Hope that make sense .. btw way I have 18" stock wheels
