Last March I was there getting my competition license and it was snowing REALLY badly on the way down (my 3-series would have never made it). Luckily I took my beater VW Golf instead and had no issues.
At the track, we were racing in snow flurries, but luckily nothing was sticking to the track.
As Art said, weather can be iffy at best in March, but nothing ventured, nothing gained.
