Mate this isn't a vote that you can object to. This quide isn't to encourage people to do it themselves it is ho help the ones that have already decided to do it. Anyone who will find this useful will know exactly what's involved and if you need any more instructions than in that document you really shouldn't try this at home!
Freedom of speah is great though it doesn't mean you can talk crap just for the sake of it. In the U.K. We also have common sense and manners to go with our freedom of speech, that's why I find your posts so bizarre...
