Rich, are you sure about that? I mean is that confirmed in writing somewhere, or has someone who would know for sure told you that? Only reason I ask is I have filled up at that station and no one seemed interested in whether i had an ID card or not. It just so happen, I'm heading out there now to go the Exchange and pick up some Xmas presents. I'll see if there are any signs on the e85 pump indicating it's open to the public.
