He quoted me about $400, I don't have the exact amount right now but I found the entire arm for on average of $100. It has two bushings; I believe one is a "ball joint" and the other is a regular bushing with rubber in it. Instead of guessing which bushing it could be or messing with pulling out the old one and pressing in the new, I just bought the whole arm from ECS Tuning BMW manufactured. So I replaced it and it all seemed to turn out great but as I continued driving my car, some vibrating came back, nowhere near as bad as before, but what could it be now?
I apologize for the long story but I figured I should include some details to help understand my problem.
Following is my DIY for the Front Thrust Arm replacement. Hope it helps and thanks in advance for your help.

vibrating in the string wheel can easily be a tie rod. Here is my DIY FOR control arms.
