I know this thread is old but hoping you can chime in. I'm having the same code and I did the relearn procedure which cleared it for a few months. The code just came back so I ordered a new valvetronic motor and will install it soon. My question is did replacing the valvetronic motor fix you issue for the long term? I'm hoping I don't have to replace the entire eccentric shaft since just the part is a grand.
