Just did this a few days ago after following this great DIY and when I unplugged the sensor, it actually looked fairly clean but I sprayed it anyways with the cleaner and put it back in. Now my car runs smoother and doesn't have the idling issue I was having before. Can't believe this was the reason.

Does anyone know what size are the torx screws that get installed on the sensor? I lost 1 of them and had to use another different type of screw to put it back on, but it's not completely tight, so I am trying to get the same torx screws to put back on.
