A lot of people are driving thinking about getting YouTube hits. They position and drive in a manner to make incidents happen, then assume the camera will prove they've done nothing wrong.

There's a whole host of dashcam drivers that keep finding themselves in the middle of everything and still can't see they are part of the problem.

Dashcams do appear to make logical sense to protect youself, but personally I think they end up causing more incidents than they are worth.

In 20 years of driving long miles, I can't actually think of one scenario that I would have actually needed one for my own protection.

I don't understand why so many people are so paranoid.........unless they've watched those Russian videos right enough.
