Just installed a LDH right side AHL Bi-Xenon to a RHD car and changed the beam shape to suit RHD. For a RHD the right side off beam on the right side headlamp - driver side - needs to point downwards so it does not blind incoming traffic.

Worked perfectly

Once the beam shape is adjusted, one may also need to adjust the vertical and horizontal aim of the light. This is done from above the headlamp (no need to open the headlamp assembly) - open the bonnet and have a look at the headlamp from above - same position as you would check the cooling water level. There is a plastic adjustment screw mid rear of the headlamp assembly that will adjust the vertical aim and quite hard to see trough a fender hole at the side of the headlamp, the horizontal aim adjuster.
