Just FYI, any BMW specialist worth their weight will already know how to modify the oem c-clip and aftermarket shims to correctly install an LSD....
Your comment really doesn't go down too well, especially as we are the only company pro-actively helping you with this... or you can go out and spend several hundred dollars on a shim kit from the other BMW Specialists if you don't want to wait....

As you say a reputable diff specialist should be able to solve this sort of issue anyway.
However, I appreciate your efforts and have been waiting patiently. I'd rather be armed with everything that is needed just to ensure it is done properly rather than risk an apprentice or someone who just whacks it in.
