I started out being a really,
really lazy git, eventually drifted into serving petrol to give me beer money, then through the back to become a mechanic for some years.
Thought bugger that, back to Uni, got an Hons degree in Mathematics and through the University of Bern and a bit of luck now work in the Swiss National Programme for Radiactive Waste Disposal near Zurich. Also ducking and diving with my brother in several schemes, and some property development (houses).
As a sideline I also do a lot of web/multimedia/3D graphics (this might even fit in the hobby thread) :
