Deals like these pop up all the time on the slickdeals forums. You should be able to lock in a 20Mbps connection for $19 for a year. Then it jumps to $50-60 or so without TV.
I learned a trick though, pay full price for one month and then call in and talk to retention/cancellation department. Just simply ask for any "deals" and they should be able to hook you up for a discounted rate. Probably $30-40 range.
On another note, check out the AT&T LTE speeds I get at home.
I just wish for the jailbreak to be released, so I can tether on this sweet connection.
