Also, be sure you follow the suggested tire pressures on the car. Staggered tires, from what I have read, will need changed more often as they are not able to be in a full tire rotation cycle. Rotating 2 instead of all 4.

I was a bit surprised to see that my 09 328i was 32 psi cold front, 38 psi cold rear. My brain went, huh...So BMW wants me to put extra wear on the outside of my front tires, then rotate them to the rear and essentially overinflate to balance the wear, reversing when rear tires rotate forward. Then combine it with road pitch for runoff and yikes, tire upkeep can be a headache.

Everything I have read on this board on my car says "follow the door", so I am doing just that.
