I have Cyba 4" tips on my 335i they're black chrome and have had no problems with color fade or chipping.
As for fitment I can't say because I have a muffler delete and so does my brother.
Also price for my Cyba tips were $150 shipped for the 4" tips and the Quads went for i think $180ish
