Mike is great at N54tuning, everything comes delivered perfectly.
However, I recently ordered spark plugs from BMS and that was really lame (other than that... BMS has been good with orders). My issue with the BMS spark plugs was that they just tossed them in a bag with a bunch of other stuff and shipped it USPS as-is with no box or protection... we all know how carrier transport these things and a dropped spark plug is going to be a DOA plug or PITA to diag/replace. I've ordered a few sets from Autohauz and they always came in a spark plug box + well protected (just saying).
