Hi, I'm working on a 325i 2005. she is kicking my ass!
Lets go to the facts:
1. HU is on, display shows the station, but the CCD (cd changer) is showing on/off, in a 3 seconds interval. When it turns on, the speakers works and the sound comes out. But it stays on for about half second and turns off.
2. The PDC is not working. I notice that when the sound comes out (sometimes stays for about 3 seconds) the PDC works.
3. I've checked every fuse, and nothing seems burned.
4. I've checked also the + wire at the amp (left of the trunk)
I read that this system uses a optical signal, and seems like something is fucked up.
Can anyone help me?
This is a costumer car, this shit happened when the car came to my shop to change front struts.
