I've spoken to Simon a couple of times, and he certainly is likeable and knowledgable. A couple of blokes I know from the VAG scene REALLY rate him and knowing them, that's more than enough for me.
The lack of switchable maps has always made me steer away though.
I just wondered if a "proper" remap extended the revs at all, that's all.
