i6HaRd's post added a little confusion as he has no issues with the above size, but he is in a 335i coupe and I'm not certain that makes a difference.
The oem rears poke on an LCI, might be flush or near it with camber, so yes plenty of fender modification is required.

Best bet for you is to run the oem fronts squared, as a 19x9 ET31 fits just fine up front and the same in back.
