Had a positive experience buying my '11 535xi here in April 2011 ... however dealership has gone WAYYY downhill.
Damaged my vehicle while in for service, neglected to take responsibility for the damage. (That was the last time we ever used them for service)
Tried to buy a '14 550xi, and a '14 X5 35i from these guys over the last 6 months ... poor follow-up, and a general disregard for professionalism.
Too bad for them ... bought these vehicles elsewhere, where a CA was happy to review and accept my orders for builder vehicles. $170k lost in less than 6 months.
