How do you know the u joint failed, and how many miles do you haev on your car?
Did you remove the drive shaft and feel any binding or free play? I'm just curious, since I'm chasing down a driveline noise myself and not sure whether I should try replacing the bearing, damper ring, and guibo, or just order a complete driveshaft so I don't have to go through the work twice to access it.
