Hope the blue board works out for you.
By the way, don't worry too much about reinstalling the needles perfectly. Install them as best you can back to the home position. Then give the cluster 12v power. The needles will move. Readjust.
If not perfect you can adjust again needle position with Perfekt Toolbox.
