I think these cars are very susceptible to any wear and tear in steering/suspension components..good luck and hope this helps your diagnosis!

Hi Buddy,

Thank you for your views and the diagram. I have changed every component linked to the suspension including the arms you have mentioned. Had them all stripped back down and managed to get the two larger arms (the squiggly ones) and the others were found to be fine. Got it booked in with a BMW specialist on Saturday so shall update on what they might find. Appreciate the response though!
