I think he means that you no longer have to contend with a PROcede v1.47 harness and a seperate V2 Harness. It will come as a single V2 Harness and upgraded bypass plugs. Thats what we are hoping for !
As Shiv stated, the V2 upgrade harness will still be available @ $150 for those who have the PROcede v1.47 and want to upgrade to V2.
