The incorrectly named TPMS worked for me when I had a leaking tyre valve after I changed to my non-RFT winters. The tyre had gone soft whilst I was at work. The TPMS alarm came on after a couple of hundred meters. Took me about 20 mins to put the space saver on and then drive home uneventfully. I cleaned the valve by letting out a good blast of air and the tyre has been fine ever since. If Id had RFT I would probably have carried on and destroyed a £250 tyre over a simple valve leak.

I also use Dynaplugs. A great little device. It can repair a lot of punctures in minutes, permanently.
