As far as aesthetics's go, you won't be able to tell the difference between overall diameters and sidewall heights between 275s and 265s. The difference between the two side wall heights is less than 5 hundredths of an inch.

A 235/275 will induce more understeer to a degree, but it's not something I think you should worry about. If you're a responsible and safe driver, you probably won't run into situations where you'll have to worry if your tire choice meant your safety .

I think the understeer will only be apparent under the most extreme driving conditions, ie at the track.
